This is a United Kingdom show. Consequently, the dates that should be added are the ITV dates. As of today, they are not yet known.

Not sure what that means just when I tried to scrape it I had to manually choose it, came here and the site says almost complete, needs the date added.

This is perfectly normal.
The date will be added once it is known.

Fair enough... just thought it was weird having no dates when 2 episodes have been released already.

It has not yet been released in its origin country.

THis is a joint production, and is currently airing on MGM+ in the US before it's ITVX broadcast in the UK. Better off using TVDB for data, yet again.

No. This is only a United Kingdom production, from the companies "Bad Wolf" and "One Big Picture".
As per our rules, the dates listed should be the ones from the origin country.

I get your point, although One Big Picture state https://www.onebigpicture.com/coming-soon "It is a returning 10 x 1 hour episode TV series for Sony, Charter & ITV which One Big Picture are co-producing with Bad Wolf."
Which means it's a joint co-production with Sony Pictures TV, Charter Communications and ITV. Charter Communications is Spectrum (or was Spectrum) and it's gets all muddled there with cross ownership and subscription access, but MGM+ is on Charter Communications in the US. Which is where it's hard to say if ITVX is the origin country. One Big Picture say it's a co-production with Sony, Charter and ITV.

No, that means that it is produced by One Big Pictures with Bad Wolf, for Sony, Charter & ITV which are distributors.

So, the moderator is trying to explain is that, if ITVX decides to not release it at all, because they want to shelve it for some business reason... then TMDB's rules about origin country are so stringent and exacting that they'd rather have no dates for a show, instead of being practical about the fact that has been completely aired by MGM+, and will probably have a second season... obfuscate much?! #gofigure

The situation will change if ITV announce officially that it will not broadcast it. But, it's not currently the case.

Even though ITV are only the distributers.
