It looks like Apple TV+ changed the title at the last minute. Last week the website definitely showed the title as "Boxes."
Title has been updated.

Yes, and it happens quite often, which kind of begs the question what's the point of locking episode information before it's broadcasted?

I normally lock the episode title, overview, number, and in some cases the air date, of the shows I watch once a press release is available or, in the case of Apple TV+, next week's episode is added to the website, in order to preserve good data and prevent vandalism and/or data revisionism.
I've seen too many cases of accounts removing valid information without any explanation and accounts created just for spam ruin too many entries.
An example of recent data revisionism that comes to mind would be "The Problem with Jon Stewart" on Apple TV+, where all episode titles of the first season were changed after the season ended.

Well, unfortunately, you can't prevent vandalism completely, the vandals just screw something else. As for revisionism, auto-locking the data within a few hours after the broadcast should help with that.
Preemptive lock sounds like a good idea, aside from the fact that less popular series might not get the mod's attention for quite some time, leaving a number of third-party services using your API locked with the incorrect information for an indefinite amount of time. I've seen that a few times.
