Extra Details: I am trying to add a new episode, but continue to get an error that says the TV season and series is invalid.

There seems to be a bug affecting a few entries (so far all of them TV shows) as there are at least four other entries that give some kind of error when trying to edit them. I've added this one to my internal report.

The issue should be resolved now. I was able to add episodes 12 and 13 to Season 4.
