Tong Ming, Zoe So and their chums expect there will soon be some seismic change at MarsPax. A man with a stab wound to the chest is taken to hospital in critical condition. However, he refuses to undergo surgery and keeps bothering Tong Ming on the ward. Tong Ming finds out the truth and decides to save this guy. Violinist Wu Chi-kiu, who suffers from brain tumor, feels unwell during a performance. Ip Ching knows only Yat-to has the abilities to save Chi-kiu.
