Reported Problem for Season 1

Extra Details: English episode names are locked as bi-lingual. The Spanish part is redundant and should be removed from the English title. Max doesn't have them.
And before referring to the archived HBO Max listings, consider that the name of the show was also listed as bi-lingual "30 Coins (30 Monedas)", so either be bluntly consistent and change the English name of the show according to the archived official page or remove the redundant Spanish names, they are already listed in the original Spanish translation.

HBO Max and Max are irrelevant for the first season. Season 1 aired on HBO and the parentheses have been removed since, according to the HBO website, they were not used during Season 1's initial broadcast.
The show was also titled just "30 Coins" for the first season according to the HBO website.
According to The Futon Critic, Season 2 will also air on HBO so the en-US title has been updated. If it turns out it isn't airing on HBO and is released straight on Max, the en-US title will be changed to whatever Max uses. The Season 2 episode titles will also be whatever the network that airs the season uses, even if they have parentheses.

In that case, I wonder why they were added and locked in the first place because HBO Max is the only place where they were used. Anyway, good to have them removed.

TFC is not the owner of the show, nor the subsidiary of HBO or WBD, so whatever they say is absolutely irrelevant. There's no HBO in Spain, only HBO Max. According to the original Spanish press-release season 2 is premiering on HBO Max. The official English title of the show on HBO Max is 30 Coins. It says so in every official document. So why the Spanish translation in parentheses was suddenly added to the name?

Ok, and? The network for the second season is already listed as HBO Max Spain. But English is not an official language in Spain, only Spanish (and additional languages depending on the region). The English title is whatever the network of a country whose official or national language is English. For this show, it's HBO (US).
HBO Max is no longer available in the US and the original English-language network is HBO (US), not Max. The first season aired on HBO in the US and, from I'm able to find, so will the second season, making the English title is whatever HBO (US) uses on their site. It used to be "30 Coins" but it's now "30 Coins (30 Monedas)." Unless the second season is released exclusively on Max in the US, they are not the English-language network and the English title for both the show and the second season episodes (including parenthesis if they are used) will be whatever the HBO (US) website says it is.

You linked to the wrong network but the HBO (US) page from the original broadcast on an English-language network did not use the parentheses in either the title or the episodes but now it's used in both places. Simple as that.
If the second season does not air on HBO (US) and is released straight on Max, the English title will be changed back to just "30 Coins" since that the title on Max and the episode titles will be whatever Max says they are (including parenthesis if they are used).

I never asked for that. I asked for the Spanish titles in parentheses to be removed from the English episode names. Instead, you added the same redundant translation to the English title of the show. Max has the same right to be considered the US home of the show as HBO (US). They are both not HBO España, they both belong to WB, and they are both premiering the show on the same day. And obviously, the pure English titles on Max make a lot more sense than mixed titles on HBO (US).
But no, this solution is probably too simple for you. Sometimes I'm under the impression that you intentionally looking for any excuse to find the most user-unfriendly, confusing, and useless solutions possible, just because you can.
Again, the show has the official English name, used in ALL press materials, posters, trailers, etc. Used by the show's ultimate owner, Warner Bros. Discovery. Here, here, or even here. Yet you prefer to dig something obscure, that could be found in only one place, and claim that it's the only truth, and everything and everyone else is wrong. I can't imagine in which universe a forced bi-lingual spelling of the title is better for the end-user than the clean official English title (under which the show premiered in all English-speaking territories).
Can we have a second opinion?

For what it's worth, while HBO kept the original Spanish title sequence, they were adding their own title to the episode recaps at the beginning of each episode. Here's the on-screen English title, used by HBO https://i.postimg.cc/W3JbZSV9/30-Coins-S01-E02.jpg
So by all means, the English title of the show is "30 Coins". No parentheses or anything else.
