Actually, I think it's a bug with the website. The production companies show up as unlocked, but the button is disabled, see here: https://i.imgur.com/twWI4o3.png
But when I now edit the HTML and make the button clickable, I can still change the production companies. So that's just a visual bug, but definitely still worth reporting.

Yes, it's a known bug that when the network field is locked, the button to add production companies becomes disabled.
