Spoiler ahead...

Does anyone else think it's possible that Marty is either dead or making this all up in his head? If I remember correctly right before Del is about to kill Marty in episode one Marty closes his eyes and the screen goes black. Del then suddenly changes his mind about killing Marty. So I'm wondering if everything since then is either a fantasy in the moments leading up to Marty's death or if Marty has actually been killed by Del and what we've seen since then is some sort of afterlife.
