Clay is now a therapist and when he looks outside of his office, he notices a miserable girl sitting on a chair.

And when he sees her, she reminds him of Hannah.

Clay calls out to her, asking if she needs any help. Her expression indicates that she most likely does. The screen then slowly fades to black. Ending the show.
