So I know the show kinda cheated at the Emmy’s by submitting for best limited series and winning. They said they were just gonna do one season but here comes season 2. It was a little disingenuous but still the 1st season was good, so I think it deserved some award recognition. However, even with just 2 seasons they are producing only 14 episodes (they say they have no plans for a 3rd season but who knows if that’s true). Regardless, 14 episodes still seem pretty limited to me even though they are broken into 2 separate seasons.
So I guess my point is how should limited series really be defined? Should it only be defined as a show with one season? Or a show that has multiple seasons but traditionally smaller episode counts?
