As the first two seasons they are doing two episodes each for the first nine books, I wonder for the last four if they should divide those into three, and have the story breathe. It might seem a little long, but if they add subplots there that makes the story more fresh and better (such as what they did with the new layers they added to the story and the twist at episode 7) I think this could work out, each seasons extending by two episodes. I also hope, if they do this, they might explore more of Count Olaf's past, as was hinted at in the 12th book. The author said he wanted to include things he was unable to in the books.
I also think that they should adapt the All the Wrong Questions Books as a one season spinoff.
