Il team continua a indagare sul caso della donna ritrovata nella discarica e sul suicidio di uno dei sospettati. Catherine e Thomas chiedono al giudice Burgess di poter consultare i precedenti sigillati di un sospettato per cercare indizi. Si recano in una fattoria che ha ospitato svariati bambini adottati, tra cui il principale sospettato. Nel frattempo il killer colpisce ancora, uccidendo una donna che era stata interrogata dalla polizia.
