In one ep Lisa and Oliver go to a lake to have lunch and Oliver goes to get a few apples off a tree. A man (named Ira Hatch) with a gun claims the apple trees are his property and points to a sign that shows the property is all private. The man, the sign and apple trees all soon disappear. Oliver learns from locals that Ira Hatch indeed owned the property but he past away 20 years before! Everybody thinks Oliver is crazy. Nobody even very remotely considers the possibility that Oliver met a ghost despite him describing the a lake area very accurately as it was 20 years earlier when Oliver did not live anywhere near town then.
