We are going as per the original broadcast.
If you want them in the order of the Blu-ray, you can use this episode group.

It was aired as a double block two parter not a singular double episode originally I know because I watched it you can even see from the official link I sent above that it's considered episodes 1 and 2

As you can read here "Spark of Rebellion" was considered as a movie broadcasted on October 3, 10 days before the start of the series on October 13. I quote : "Continuing the epic tradition of the legendary Star Wars saga, an exciting animated one-hour movie Star Wars Rebels: Spark of Rebellion is set to premiere Friday, October 3 (9:00 p.m. ET/PT in the US) on Disney Channels around the world, ushering in the highly anticipated series Star Wars Rebels on Disney XD. In the US, Star Wars Rebels episodes will debut Monday nights beginning Monday, October 13 (9:00 p.m. ET/PT) on Disney XD."
