There is one episode missing in Season 1. There is also no episode 20 listed. Looking into the information on this site, as well as multiple others, there is a gap in airdates between November 24th, 1999, and December 8th, 1999. According to multiple sources, there was in fact an episode that aired on December 1st, 1999. The episode that aired on that day is the correct episode 15 and is titled "The Woman Show". Here are the corrections that should be needed.
The following episodes were already correctly listed:

I concur. I have the entire DVD collection and the information above correlates with all the data above.

Can you provide an official source?

As the show has been off the air for 20 years, Comedy Central doesn't even list the show anymore. However, IMDB does show the correct list of episodes.

Unfortunately, IMDB, Wikipedia, and other user-contributed websites are not official sources. You could try looking for an archive that shows the original episodes at themanshow.com or comedycentral.com on Wayback Machine. I'll try looking too, when I get the time.

At the time of my original post, I did look at Comedy Centrals website using Wayback Machine as well as another website archiver, but they did not have an episode guide listed.
To be honest though, it seems pretty straight forward. The OFFICIAL DVD release shows this episode being on there, and it matches up perfectly with the dates I've found elsewhere. It wasn't a holiday, or a special episode, and your own episode guide was missing an episode.
