Shining Agency's idol group STARISH, composer Nanami Haruka, and senior idol group QUARTET NIGHT have been making steady progress expanding their field of activity. In the entertainment world, artists and idols are beginning to enter the selection process to become the opening act of "Super Star Sports," also known as Triple S.

When Shining refuses to enter STARISH in the Triple S concert, the members of STARISH trust in their potential and agree to work harder than they ever have before. Meanwhile, STARISH and NIGHT QUARTET head to a resort to film for a variety TV show.

Haruka's new job is composing a new song for Camus, who is performing at the opening ceremony of the Shining Tower. The Cross-Unit Projects concludes with great success. Though the international focus on them is growing, STARISH still hasn't received an answer regarding whether or not they'll be entered. When they hear the high quality of QUARTET NIGHT's new song, the anxiety they feel without Haruka peaks. However, the time they've spent together since the birth of STARISH leads them to a certain conclusion.

When Shining acknowledges STARISH's revolution when they spur QUARTET NIGHT into action, he allows them to enter the Triple S opening artist screening concert. Viewing STARISH as their greatest rivals, QUARTET NIGHT makes a request to Haruka in preparation for the concert.

After QUARTET NIGHT's masterful performance, STARISH rushes onto the stage they've dreamed of performing on to challenge their rivals and deliver their voices to the world. Together the idol groups STARISH and QUARTET NIGHT have started a revolution of love, but an unexpected development waits for them in the final moments of the concert...
