The battle for the Ring of Rain between Yamamoto and Squalo is announced. Hibari causes a commotion at the school as the battles have caused major damage to the grounds. Dino reveals that Squalo once defeated the Swords Emperor of the old Varia and that Yamamoto's Shigure Souen Style is useless against him. Yamamoto receives a shinai from his father that transforms into a katana only when using the Shigure Souen Style.

云雀因为校舍被破坏的关系而准备大闹现场，不过被里包恩说服之后暂时收手。随后出现的迪诺，则是对众人说出史库瓦罗的往事，并且表示要打倒他，就必须要超越自身的流派。即将开战之前，里包恩与阿纲前来探视武的状况，武的父亲则是将时雨苍燕流的宝刀「时雨金时」托付给武，并且宣称时雨苍燕流是最强无敌的流派，就这样，决战开始了

Gokudera hat verloren und alles hängt vom nächsten Kampf ab, den Yamamoto gegen Squalo austragen wird. Doch Yamamoto bekommt von zwei Seiten verschiedene Ratschläge zum Kampf, die sich widersprechen.

Yamamoto si prepara alla prossima sfida contro Squalo, mentre Hibari fa la sua comparsa. Tsuyoshi consegna al figlio una nuova arma.
