I found 3 extras on my DVD: (1) A Short History of Yes Minister, (2) Jonathan Lynn Interview, (3) Sir Nigel Hawthorne Remembered. How should these be handled? Added to Season 0? Ignored since they are on the DVD and probably not broadcast? If added to Season 0, how do we do it? I can't find any way to add additional entries into Season 0 for any contributions.
