When a former Vietnam POW arrives at JAG headquarters to report a murder he's just committed, Harm confronts a very complex individual who may know something about his MIA father.

When Willie relates the fact that he was imprisoned with Harm's father and then blindsides Harm by claiming that his father was a turncoat, the information has a profound effect on the JAG lawyer. Willie, a very complex individual, has been waiting 30 years to tell his story in his own way. Ultimately, Harm finds out that Willie's murder victim was the contemptible, sadistic commander of the POW camp where Willie had been -- but that's just the beginning of Willie's incredibly sad war story.

Quand un ancien prisonnier de guerre au Vietnam arrive au JAG pour signaler un meurtre qu'il vient de commettre, Harm fait face à un individu très complexe qui pourait savoir quelque chose sur son père, perdu en mission. Willie a attendu 30 ans pour raconter son histoire à sa manière. En fin de compte, Harm découvre que la victime était le méprisable commandant sadique du camp de prisonniers où Willie avait été emprisonné. Willie un veterano de Vietnam que había sido prisionero de guerra y que ahora estaba atado a una silla de ruedas llega al JAG para denunciar el asesinato que acababa de cometer. Durante el interrogatorio Harm y Mac llegan a la conclusión de que se trata de un hombre cautivador pero problemático, arrogante y embaucador. El caso se complica para Harm cuando Willie afirma haber conocido al padre de Harm y dice tener información que apoya su declaración, finalmente Harm logra que Willie confiese que la historia sobre su padre es falsa y que el hombre que asesinó era el Comandante del campo de prisioneros el cual había ordenado que se mataran a todos los prisioneros excepto Willie. A pesar de los engaños Harm se compromete a ser el abogado defensor de Willie.
