Isanami and Saizo continue their journey while the threat of assassins hangs over their heads. Saizo runs into Ana, a childhood friend, while she’s bathing, and they all go to the festival where Isanami has been invited to dance as the shrine maiden.

Isanami et Saizo poursuivent leur voyage alors que la menace d'assassinat plane au-dessus de leurs têtes. Saizo rencontre Ana, une amie d'enfance, alors qu'elle se baigne, et ils se rendent tous au festival où Isanami a été invitée à danser en tant que jeune fille du sanctuaire.

伊佐那海のペースに乗せられ、不本意ながらも幸村に仕えることとなった才蔵。上田城で豊作祝いの祭が開かれる日、ひとり森へ逃げてきた才蔵は、幼馴染の金髪美女・アナスタシアと再会する。聞けばアナの主も幸村で、主命により国境にうわばみが出没するという噂について調べていた。才蔵とアナのことが気になる伊佐那海は、祭を抜けてうわばみ退治について行く。その頃、上田城には徳川家康が放った刺客たちの魔の手が迫っていた･･･

Isanami e Saizou continuam sua jornada enquanto a ameaça de assassinos paira sobre suas cabeças. Saizou encontra Ana, uma amiga de infância, enquanto ela toma banho, e todos vão ao festival onde Isanami foi convidada para dançar como a sacerdotisa do santuário.
