I rearranged the season listing with the final eight unaired episodes now listed in specials. The airing order is completely messed up, because ABC aired it all out of order, and when the series got cancelled, the final 8 episodes (of both season 1 and 2 productions) were put online on the ABC site almost half a year later, and also on streaming services such as hulu and itunes.
So yeah, that's why the listing is different from databases like imdb/tvdb etc and it totally doesn't match with the Netflix order (as those are [close to] production based, they have 11 episode for season 1 and 15 for season 2), if you want to know the true production based season, take a look at the production codes: XATFYY (X being season number, YY being episodes number for that season, exception of the pilot).
