According to Wikipedia and IMDb, S2E15 "Inertia" is one of the three special episodes included within the broadcast of the series. Its production code is 215 and it was added to season 2.

I agree. It's interesting that the three specials have been added to season 2, probably because they were filmed after the 12 episodes of season 2; production codes 213-215.
