Why are episodes being moved around again? Farmer Bob is now S12? Birthday bash is no longer a special but now a 2 part 2 episode? Whos making these decisions and why?

Yea I am, why do you have them so screwed up and also duplicate episode in s12 and s13?

Someone must have come through in the past few days to do some clean up I appreciate that and thank you. Is Spongebob Big Birthday Blowout supposed to be a special or an Epsiode S12E33? Or both?
