After a short time skip, Kouji and Shiro now live at the Kurogane House and work alongside the Photon Power Lab in the fight against the mechanical beasts. However, friction has been born between Kouji and the Robot Corps, who he finds useless and has no desire to fight beside. Meanwhile Baron Ashura, eager to prove him/herself to Dr. Hell, begins a co-ordinated mechanical beast attack on Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya. At the same time, three mysterious blonde women arrive at the Kurogane House.

几乎每天甲儿都为了保护热海而与地狱博士的机械兽战斗着，但是在战斗中甲儿却极不愿与同伴们合作也不愿接受大家的好意，只身一人燃烧着仇恨的火焰与敌人战斗着，面对沙也加的劝说甲儿以魔神Z是不败的为理由离开了。另一方面甲儿和士郎寄住在黑金屋中，经过黑暗寺的调查这里的员工几乎都是有过死亡记录的人。

Après une courte période, Kouji et Shiro vivent maintenant à la maison Kurogane et travaillent aux côtés du Photon Power Lab dans la lutte contre les bêtes mécaniques. Cependant, des frictions sont nées entre Kouji et le Robot Corps, qu'il trouve inutile et n'a aucune envie de se battre à ses côtés. Pendant ce temps, le baron Ashura, désireux de faire ses preuves auprès du Dr Hell, commence une attaque coordonnée de bêtes mécaniques sur Tokyo, Osaka et Nagoya. Au même moment, trois mystérieuses femmes blondes arrivent à la Maison Kurogane.

襲い来る機械獣たちとの戦いの日々。余りに荒々しい甲児の戦闘に、味方であるはずのマジンガー軍団の間でも軋轢が生まれていた。一方、先の作戦で失態を演じたあしゅら男爵はDr.ヘルの制止も聞かず日本侵略作戦を開始する。日本各地に同時に出現する機械獣。そんな時、「くろがね屋」に謎の三姉妹が訪れる。
