After returning to his body, Tarou has an accident and is rushed to the hospital and Tarou has another experience but it is different to his usual OBE. Masayuki later visit Tarou in hospital and they are joined by both Dr. Atsushi and Dr. Reika and they discuss various topics.

Tarō s'est bien remis de sa chute. À l'hôpital où Masayuki est venu le voir, il rencontre le Dr Ootori qui lui explique en partie le fonctionnement du cerveau et la cause probable de ce qui ne seraient que des hallucinations (et non des phénomènes paranormaux). Pourtant, il reste persuadé d'avoir voyagé à l'intérieur même de son cerveau.

久間田総合病院に搬送された古森太郎は、脳のCTとMRI検査を受ける。亀岩神社の石段から落ちたとき、頭を打ったおそれがあったためだ。太郎を見舞いに病院を訪ねた中嶋匡幸は、太郎とともに脳外科医・鳳 麗華から説明を受ける。脳にまつわる麗華の話は、太郎に魂（たま）抜けと脳には何らかの関係があるのでは、と思わせるものだった。一方、その頃、大神 信は、父親の自殺の真相を探ろうと、水天町町長選挙を控えた矢崎 基の選挙事務所を訪ねていた。

Después de regresar a su cuerpo, Tarou tiene un accidente y es trasladado de urgencia al hospital y Tarou tiene otra experiencia, pero es diferente a su OBE habitual. Masayuki más tarde visita a Tarou en el hospital y se les unen tanto el Dr. Atsushi como el Dr. Reika y discuten varios temas.
