What exactly do you mean? The original Hindi title used by Netflix is द इंद्राणी मुखर्जी स्टोरी: बरीड ट्रुथ.
Or do you believe this to be an English language series? If so, why?

This IS an English language series. Go to the netflix site of this series and scroll down to the more details block. You will see in the Audio section that English is the Original language of the series, not Hindi.
