So it should be episode 14 in season 1
The official website restarted the episode numbers for this cour (i.e. the website numbers "Thousand Demon Night March" / 千鬼夜行 as episode #1 of "The Thousandfold Chaos Arc" / 千魔混沌編) so the new episodes should be added to a new season, not the previous season.
You can use either the Crunchyroll or Absolute episode groups if you want all episodes in a single season. The Crunchyroll group includes the recap episode while the Absolute group does not.
