Miaka and Yui are now back in their world, bringing Tamahome with them. The Suzaku Warriors in the book are defending their land of Konan against Nakago and his armies. Koji and the gang are back to save their former leader Tasuki, but Nakago and Suboshi leave the battle. Back in the real world, Tamahome is unconscious and Keisuke brings Miaka and Tamahome back to their home. He tells Miaka about Suzuno and Tatara on where they ended up. Tamahome finally awakes and wants to go back to fight but Miaka can't tell Tamahome that he is from a book. Tetsuya calls Keisuke that now they are in the book because that Tamahome came to the real world; the two worlds are not together. Yui sees Miaka and Tamahome together and is more furious than ever. Keisuke dresses Tamahome in handsome clothes rather than his armor so they can go out in public.

Keisuke i Tetsuya acompanyen Miaka i Tamahome a casa. Però Yui, evidentment, també ha tornat al món real i no pensa tolerar que tornin a estar junts. Al món del llibre, els bandits de la muntanya de Reikaku obliguen l'exèrcit de Kutou a retirar-se.

Miaka et Yui sont maintenant de retour dans leur monde, apportant Tamahome avec eux. Les Guerriers Suzaku dans le livre défendent leur terre de Konan contre Nakago et ses armées. Koji et la bande sont de retour pour sauver leur ancien chef Tasuki, mais Nakago et Suboshi quittent la bataille. De retour dans le monde réel, Tamahome est inconscient et Keisuke ramène Miaka et Tamahome chez eux. Il parle à Miaka de Suzuno et Tatara sur l’endroit où ils se sont retrouvés. Tamahome se réveille enfin et veut retourner au combat, mais Miaka ne peut pas dire à Tamahome qu’il est d’un livre. Tetsuya appelle Keisuke que maintenant ils sont dans le livre parce que tamahome est venu dans le monde réel; les deux mondes ne sont pas ensemble. Yui voit Miaka et Tamahome ensemble et est plus furieux que jamais. Keisuke habille Tamahome de beaux vêtements plutôt que son armure afin qu’ils puissent sortir en public.

唯の二つ目の願いにより、引き裂かれたかに思われた美朱と鬼宿の二人。しかし、美朱を想う一心で、鬼宿は美朱と共に本の世界から抜け出してきたのだ。見たこともない世界に戸惑う鬼宿は、残してきた仲間の身を案じて美朱と共に本の中の世界へ戻ろうとするのだが……。そして、本の世界と現実世界が繋がった事により、四神天地書にも変化が表れ始めていた。美朱たちの世界を手にするべく、心宿が動き出していたのであった……
