Based on the episode list available here, the currently locked episode title is correct.

I have watched the episode, and the name that I wrote is just the one the narrator says at the beginning when the episode name in english appears on screen.

@alvarobf1 I just looked up a Spanish dub for this episode the narrator does say "Un ladrón de edificios" but the way they sound, along with the different title, makes me think it's a LATAM Spanish dub, not a European Spanish dub. For example, the Wikipedia article linked by @superboy97 says the Spanish title of segment 28 / episode 10 (How Now Bow Wow) is "¡Guau, Cómo se arquea ahora!" but the narrator of the version I found says "¿Y ahora qué?" as the title.
I think you want to use the es-MX translation and add the titles there (everything is currently blank in the LATAM Spanish translation) instead of the es-ES translation.
