When plastic surgeon Ahmed and natural skin care expert Layla find themselves on the same cruise to Aswan, their diverging opinions on beauty have them continuously fighting.

On the day of Layla's first date with Ahmed, Engie warns her that he may be hiding something, while her sister Hind advises her to keep her children a secret.

After Tarek runs into Layla in the hospital, he reveals her secret to Ahmed. Engie returns to Fouad despite her friends’ advice. Ahmed makes a bold move.

Layla and Ahmed’s parents disagree with the unusual arrangement they set up for their marriage, and the couple still needs to break the news to their children.

Between their respective kids and responsibilities, Layla and Ahmed struggle to see each other, so Taymour gives them a solution. Layla discovers Fouad’s lies to Engie.
