Esra, who starts working at the company with a plan to win over Ozan again, realizes on her first day at work that her plans will not be as easy to execute as she thought. While Ozan forces Esra to give up, Esra resists. Çağla, on the other hand, finds Ozan's behavior towards Esra strange and questions him. Çınar, who because of his father started working as an intern at a company where he is a partner, was planning on getting himself fired at the first opportunity but learning that Esra will also be working there made him happy. On the other hand, the eternal enmity between Zümrüt and Menekşe, who returned to the neighborhood, continues from where it left off. Zümrüt, on the other hand, thinks that if she marries Ozan to a girl from the neighborhood, he will completely get rid of the danger of Esra. Ozan’ı tekrar etkileme planıyla şirkette çalışmaya başlayan Esra, daha ilk iş gününde planlarının sandığı kadar kolay gerçekleşmeyeceğini anlar. Ozan Esra’yı pes etmesi için zorlarken Esra da vazgeçmemek için direnir. Çağla ise Ozan’ın Esra’ya davranışlarını tuhaf bulup sorgulamaktadır. Ortağı olduğu şirkette babası yüzünden stajyer olarak çalışmaya başlayan Çınar, kendini ilk fırsatta kovdurmayı düşünürken Esra’nın da orada çalışmaya başladığını görüp çok sevinir.

Diğer yandan mahalleye geri dönen Zümrüt ile Menekşe arasındaki ezeli düşmanlık kaldığı yerden devam eder. Ekrem’in düşman ailenin kızı Elif’e aşık olması işleri iyice karıştırır. Zümrüt ise Ozan’ı mahalleden bir kızla evlendirirse, Esra tehlikesinden tamamen kurtulacağını düşünür. Bütün bu olanlara çok sinirlenen Esra, abisi Ekrem’i de dahil ettiği bir planla Ozan’a bir ders vermeye karar verir. Ancak bu maceranın sonu büyük bir sürprizle sonuçlanacaktır…
