A mod must delete the incorrect episodes, then the remaining episodes will need to be numbered accordingly. Creating a report is the correct thing to do, explain what you need changed in the report details so the mods can help.

@Sunhelter The mods will do what is necessary to correct the episodes, usually by deleting the unwanted episodes. There is quite a backlog of reports, it can take months, all we can do is wait.
I suggest you like the report created by x1ao4, their report is detailed and it might bring more attention to it.
