中國茶不但是飯後消滯去膩的佳品,原來亦可入饌,為菜式添上絲絲茶香美味。

鼎爺今回先用龍井茶葉搭配鳳尾蝦,帶來清香的「龍井蝦仁」;及後再以普洱茶葉煮雞,奉上煙燻味香濃的「茶燻雞」。除了分享昔日和「老頭子」自製魚桿釣河蝦的美好回憶,鼎爺還會介紹保存茶葉的傳統方法。

人參大有補身、補氣的功效,焗水、煲湯皆宜。鼎爺外出細說揀選優質高麗參及吉林紅參的「小貼士」之後,返回「煮場」獻技,呈獻滋補佳餚「高麗參浸雞」。
