Kang Soo-yeon (18 August 1966 – 7 May 2022) was a South Korean actress. She was born in Seoul, South Korea and was one of the best known and internationally acclaimed stars from South Korea from the mid-1980s to the end of the 1990s.

姜受延（韩语：강수연，1966年8月18日－2022年5月7日）韩国女演员。凭借林权泽执导的电影《借种》（1987年）和《揭谛揭谛波罗揭谛》（1989年）分别在威尼斯电影节和莫斯科电影节等国际电影节摘得影后桂冠，跃升国际明星，被韩国誉为“元祖世界明星”，并蝉联三届大钟奖女主角奖。
