Biography

Born in Milan, Italy, in 1947. Luna lived in Argentina until she was six years old and then moved to Brazil. Graduated in philosophy from USP, she began making films after participating in the filming of the short Um Clássico, Dois em Casa e Não Jogo Fora (1968), by Djalma Limongi Batista. Directed the feature films Crystals of Blood (1975) and United States of Brazil (2005).
