這是由陳國富導演的一部城市電影，由林強、葉玉卿、蘇慧倫主演。故事描述臺北一名青年迷上了神秘的中年豔婦，不自覺地捲入了一宗政商與黑社會勾結的綁架案之中。內容充滿好萊塢式的偷窺、性幻想、綁架、槍戰。在製作上是企圖把它拍成一部專業水準的高娛樂性電影，但導演刻意藉闡事手法的複雜化來提升本片的藝術味，使整部影片從企劃到成品之間產生了很大的落差。
