Thanks for your report!
I removed the duplicate image!
However, all the images that you uploaded to this show are in very bad quality. Are all of them screenshots that you did yourself? I'm not an image expert, but I think about removing all of them. We usually want images in better quality -> you can read more about our image guidelines in the Contribution Bible here:
https://www.themoviedb.org/bible/image
Please read all of this before you add any more images!
Also, posters for the whole series should not be added to every season:
https://www.themoviedb.org/bible/image/59f7582c9251416e7100005f#59f758309251416e71000064
And when you add images with text, for example in Greek, you have to select the language for those images.

Thanks for the explanations, but keep in mind that this is a TV series from 1998, 20 years ago the quality of videos was not as good as it is today, also the standard aspect ratio was 4:3 but the website accepts only 16:9.

Yes, that's why I hesitate to delete them -> I guess there won't be any better one's ever. However, part of our image rules is this sentence:
"Our policy has always been to keep images at a good to excellent standard. This means that in some cases we prefer to have no image at all rather than having a very bad quality image."
And that's the question right here: Are they good enough or not? I'll keep this report open for another moderator to share her/his opinion about it.

In such a case, you should also review another series that I added: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/91182-votka-portokali?language=en-US I will wait for the outcome of this so that I know whether to upload such images in the future or not.

One of my co-moderators wrote to me that the backdrops "are too low quality for their (unnecessarily big) size, the ratios are off and they are maybe not the best images." And 2 other moderators agreed with that - so I'm going to delete all of them in a few.
I'm not sure which source you use? You could try to reduce the image size from 1280x720px down to 400x225px -> but I assume it won't result in a better quality because your source isn't good enough. Can you think of a different source for the show(s)?

Hello, The source file is a 640x480 resolution and of course, the aspect ratio is 4:3. The system wouldn't allow me to upload anything smaller than 1280x720, I quote:
That's why I used ffmpeg to generate screenshots of that source in 1280x720. As you can imagine the image is stretched due to 4:3 to 16:9 conversion, the pixels are doubled horizontally, from 640 to 1280 and vertically we have 720 compared to 480 in the source. That leads to a significantly larger image file with the same quality as the 640x480 source, but it looks worse because is stretched. Probably I won't be uploading any screenshots, but maybe it's a good idea to reconsider your Backdrop criteria.
A 640x480 4x3 screenshot is not that bad. Maybe you could allow this as a minimum when 4:3 aspect ratio is used. Just to clarify that in Greece, all shows and movies aired before September 2009, were in 4:3 aspect ratio. The source's quality is as good as it can be for a Greek show from 1998.
Let me know what you think. Thanks!

This specific text is very very old and still not updated - I'm sorry about the confusion!
For tv episode backdrops (only !!! tv backdrops) the minimum resolution is 400x225px, as stated in our contribution bible here:
https://www.themoviedb.org/bible/image/59f758339251416e71000065#59f758369251416e7100006b
So, technically, here's what you could try: You could crop your source file from 640x480px (4:3) to 640x360px (16:9). And then you should be able to upload it in this image size. Let's just try it for 1 episode, this one here:
https://www.themoviedb.org/tv//91824/season/1/episode/1/images/backdrops
I would really like to know if it works from your end and how the image looks like?!? Perhaps we could keep it because it's better in quality?!?

Hey there,
yes, this one looks a lot better.
But I'm afraid I'm not a good judge to say yes or no. So, I just asked my co-moderators again. I'm going to reply when I got an answer - or maybe they'll answer here?!?

I just want to say that we don't expect you to make any miracle with a crappy source but two things you can do a) (properly) resize the images to 400x225px and b) choose better scenes. This one is pretty dark and the image is very noticeably damaged https://image.tmdb.org/t/p/original/yY5hK40PMxZc11ZS5z1MZhOfrlh.jpg
