Martin Mull. And they must do something to David Allan Grier to make him appear older because I believe he is the youngest out of all of them.

I've noticed, when I watch, that David Alan Grier's hair looks like an "old man" wig (bald on the top, and white around the sides and back), and is what especially ages his appearance. That and the salt-and-pepper (heavy on the salt) beard, moustache, and eyebrows (which the extent of the overall effect is, I'm pretty sure, courtesy of the hair & makeup department): https://image.tmdb.org/t/p/original/m0EqmQqCQ5zkofwkVwoB5chodfa.jpg

For comparision, here's a picture of regular-life DAG: https://image.tmdb.org/t/p/original/2xs9NuHWIm8ML8SF5o2W6UAMoZd.jpg
Here's a cast photo of everyone as their own real-life selves: https://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/newpix/2018/05/15/01/4C3E759300000578-5729089-image-m-40_1526342856161.jpg
As for the retirement community, apparently it's a 55+ place, rather than an old folk's home. Each of the four main cast members are portraying retirees, so probably supposed to be in the 65 to lower 70s sort of age ballpark.
