OK so I'm not a native speaker and may have missed something, or maybe I'm just thick-headed, but was the murder in any way resolved in the end of the season? The sister has a solid lead with the O'connor and suddenly and conveniently, Joel confesses (why)?

Or are they leaving this for another season?

No the murder was not resolved, there is going to be another season smile .
