WARNING: POSSIBLE SPOILERS
Things are a bit confusing, because Frndly TV, the streaming service where I watch this show, has the original Zombie House Flipping title, with new episodes being filmed in Tampa w/a new team instead of in Orlando w/the old team; but IMDb has a new title for the show starting in 2023, adding the word "Tampa" to the original title. So IMDb seems to list it as two different shows. (TMDb doesn't even list a show called "Zombie House Flipping Tampa", but maybe they'll catch up and someone will add it as a separate series.)
Anyway, The Orlando team was better, and they seemed to know what they were doing. The Tampa team really sucks and is having trouble coming in on budget. I notice that lately they don't even bother to tell us an actual final sales price, apparently because they don't even have a firm buyer lined up. So they just speculate about how much they might be able to get for the property, and then the episode ends abruptly with no resolution. Pathetic.
This show has deteriorated so much, and now it's just the same old, same old. It's sounding tired and repetitive, and I'm guessing the original team has abandoned the show, but not sure about that. I may watch one more episode, but then I think I'm done if it doesn't improve or the original team doesn't return. There's an increasing sameness to this show; I think it's wearing out. And the new team doesn't even seem to know what they're doing. Really disappointing.

Yeah, it is a bit confusing. And you're right, The Tampa team is mediocre at best. Unless the Orlando team gets back into the picture, I don't think this show will last much longer. There are much better house flipping shows to watch, and actually they are becoming so common as to get repetitive and boring. I think the trend may be on the decline for this genre.

And yet you are here. A closet fan, perhaps?
