Extra Details: Season 5, episodes 10, 11 and 12 all aired on 6/18/2021. Also, Episode 13 (series finale) is scheduled for 6/25/2021. I edited the dates a couple days ago but they are now reverted to the wrong dates again.

I can confirm the episodes in question did air on June 18 so I've changed the dates and locked them. This Syfy Wire article confirms the schedule change and that all 3 episodes aired on the same day.
