Type of Problem: Incorrect_content

Extra Details: This entry has some validation errors and needs to be fixed before you can make any edits. The validation failed because:

Tvrage id is already taken by 欢颜 (2023)

I wanted to update instagram (https://www.instagram.com/extra3) but because tvrage has entered a 0 as well as that other entry(https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/232954-2023/edit?active_nav_item=external_ids&language=en-US) it gives me the error. It's not blocked but maybe that 0 is a bug? Is the 0 correct on this entry, on the othe rentry or somewhere else? Should that error message even appear? I dont know.

Actually the instaragm page got updated, even with the error message
