Extra Details: It looks like content services have S03 and S04 of what is on TMDB into just S03. We always try to follow the original network. The episodes are split into two groups on the BBC website, however the announcements for the next season calls it the fourth season:

I propose using an episode group for now, and revisiting the issue when the next season is released.

News have landed on the BBC site : https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p0260ych/episodes/guide
They are calling the 2020 season that has just started as "Series 4". So, "Nepal Tour" and "Nigeria, Belize and Bangladesh Tours" can only be 2 parts of the same Season 3.
