I have this feeling that at the end it will turnout that the Flea is the Widow or Minerva as she is named. The Widow has always had some sort of supernatural quality about her, along with the other Baron's as well as Sunny, who may have been a Baron in training when he was under Quinn. Bajie mentioned that he was mentoring the girl and that she went off the rails and killed a lot of people, after that she had her power removed killing her and that Bajie sacrificed his power to revive her, that is why he can't use his gift, after that he just let her run off. Well we don't know much about the Widow accept the fact that she was raised in a COG camp, married a Baron and killed him after raping Tilda to become Baron, so she maybe the Flea that Bajie is looking for. I think that the Barons have some part of the Gift or may have had it or lost it and retain some part of it which allows them to rise to power, then you have guys like Sunny, who may have the gift, however was unable to harness it fully, however something about it lets them standout and be recognized their Baron. It seems like the gift is a water-downed, grittier and brutal version of the force.
