I'm pretty sure that the proper title, for even English-language audiences, is supposed to be Vis a Vis: El Oasis, as that's what shows when you select "Translate to English" on this series' website. Meanwhile, also IMDb indicates that Vis a Vis: El Oasis is the intended title even for English-language audiences (in fact seemingly for most places worldwide).
I'll move this thread over to the Content Issues queue of the Support forum, for moderators to see who have familiarity with this series, therefore who will know what title should properly show for English-language viewers.
