The episodes are listed in the order of their first broadcast.
If you want them in the Production order, you can use this episode group.

Not sure why this was closed. There's still incorrect episodes in season 3 that belong in season 2 and Just One Bite and The Bully are missing from season 3.

As already answered, the episodes are listed in the first broadcast order, not the production order. "Just One Bite" and "The Bully" have been broadcasted in October 2001 during Season 2.
If you want them in production order, you need to use an episode group.
