The 2018 series "Drain the Oceans" is listing an 11th episode in Season 3 called "Secrets of New York City". That episode is a duplicate of the original Season 2 Episode 2. Would you please remove the season 3 duplicate?
Is this type of problem one that should be categorized as "Duplicate" or is that reserved for entire series and movie duplicates?

That's appropriate, yes, but honestly what you put in the extra details box is more than the category. You can report the duplicate episode directly instead of reporting the series as a whole.
