T'Pau, Sarek, beautiful T'Pring, and there was Laurence Montagne's character ( I forget his name). However, a great great inferiority complex was probably going on in Montagne's mind when he guest starred as a Vulcan as the other actors on set had almost been on Twilight Zone. And he never was.

Not counting Surak as that was just an image based on Spock's thoughts that the planet's rock inhabitants based him on.

On Hogan's Heroes Montaigne has Bob Crane and Ivan Dixon to be jealous of.

And T'Pring (Arlene Martel) was in HH too!

To me T'Pau , T'Pring and Stonn came over as total pricks. They seem chiseled out of stone.

Sarek instead , behind the stoic facade , had a “pulse “

Amanda saw and fell in love with that "pulse"

It ‘s obvious that Sarek was no typical Vulcan , he married Amanda , a human something any other Vulcan would have find distasteful.

I love Mark Lenard’s Sarek.

I wish they had written more episodes with him, Amanda and Spock.

Montaigne feeling jealous of an occasional HH regular not in the ep he was in? Naah!

He would have too many others to feel inferior of that way. Like Howard Caine (Hochstetter who was also on TZ in an hour long ep).

Who could Montaigne have ben on TZ? Had Nimoy's part in 'Quality of Mercy'? How about Robert Mitchum's brother's part in 'The Rip Van Winkle Caper'. Or Lew Gallo's part in that same latter ep?

Arlene Martel always played it decent. The characters were not bad. They were just scripted to have wanted each other. Spock had been out of the picture for years in the story. Arlene (back to her) always played characters with some to a lot of heart.
