While Bipin Bihari was positioning the idea of a parallel government, the arrival of DCP Bikram Singh heightened the tension amongst the crowd. Later the apprehensive crowd was deeply sceptical about Bikram’s suspicious invitation. The intent behind his approach is yet to be discovered.

The motive behind Bikram’s suspicious approach was finally unveiled. Meanwhile Shankar and Sunidhi’s relationship was invaded by the protest for which they planned to elope soon. Later Bipin Bihari’s disagreement against Bikram and the administration induced courage amongst the rebels.

The love letter which Sunidhi wrote for Shankar fell into the hands of Bikram. Sunidhi’s parents were also constantly putting efforts to tie their knots. Meanwhile, shankar was made a part of a play which got him behind bars.

Shankar’s arrest made Amar accuse himself. He took an unthinkable step to escape him, where they met another courageous rebel Biplab Baliarsingh. Later General Bistro tried to intimidate Bipin Bihari, but his indomitable approach led Bistro withdraw his charges on innocent villagers.

The rise of unity in Basudebpur was strengthening the spirit for Freedom. The feeling of oneness led them overthrow the exploitative British rule. Bikram and General Bistro made an insidious plan to end the protest which later caused a commotion.

Martyr Biplab Baliarsingh’s demise infuriated the revolutionaries to march for freedom. Sunidhi went against her father’s will and bestowed immeasurable support to Shankar.

Sacrificing Indian blood to strengthen the British empire was the sole purpose of Bikram and General Bistro. A huge gathering stood against the oppressive regime and the protest led to a bloodbath of our very own Odia revolutionaries.
