We currently do not support alternative film versions—including extended editions, director cuts, 3D versions and fan cuts of previous films (e.g. a cut of all The Hobbit films as one film).
This is also true for TV series. Duplicate entries for alternative episode splits are not allowed.
Gundam SEED HD Remaster is still just an alternative version of Gundam SEED without any drastic changes so it's not allowed. There is an episode group for the HD Remaster available here.

我提出的这个问题关键点在于：《Gundam seed TV版》是50集，但是《Gundam seed HD重制版》却被制作方重新编辑为48集。
一般的剧集发行蓝光版本时，制作方都是内容不变、集数不变，或者额外添加额外的附加SP。
但是《Gundam seed HD重制版》不仅仅是发行蓝光版本，制作方更多意图是“重新编辑”，把50集变成了48集，其中不仅减少了集数，而且后半段每集的标题也已经不同了。

Gundam SEED HD Remaster is still just an alternative version of Gundam SEED without any drastic changes so it's not allowed. There is an episode group for the HD Remaster available here.

Dragon Ball Z Kai is an allowed exception, Mobile Suit Gundam SEED HD Remaster is not.
