Just a heads up to anyone watching this show for the first time: the original airing order was incorrect and mixed episodes up so that certain plot points don't make sense. It's not as bad as what happened with American Gothic in the US, but it's much better to watch Earth 2 in production order rather than by airdate order.

Some DVD releases still use the wrong order (pretty sure the US release does this). Some (Region 2, I think) DVD releases fix the order somewhat. Netflix, I believe, airs the episodes in the right order but I haven't checked since I don't use Netflix.

I really loved this series when it first aired and wish it had done better. It's not perfect, but the characters are fun. The setup kind of plays out like a family-friendly version of The 100 in lots of ways! Great casting, too.
